A variety of Human Resource tasks related to the whole employee working life cycle:- posting position advertisements, selection and hiring processes, induction and training, carrying out employee engagement interviews, assisting employees during work exit and carrying work exit interviews;- managing training processes, following up on missing trainings and preparing reports;- updating employee files, including right to work documentation;- approving timesheets on a weekly basis and following up on missing information;- working with international IT teams as ensuring all employees have access to required software and databases;- supporting Management through grievance, investigation and disciplinary processes;- working with different teams on employee engagement programs including charity events, team building and employee appreciation activities;- internal communications: being the first point of contact for employee enquiries, creating news letters, posters, social network posts and other means of communication based on occasion;- representing the Company in external employer branding events;- supporting managers, teams and individuals on a variety of occasional tasks;- position requires working with Kronos, Oracle, ServiceNow, LobsterInk, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

The role included tasks of:-responding to payroll queries from managers and employees, troubleshooting, recalculating and submitting corrections to payroll partners;- dealing with Income Payments Orders;- preparing monthly payroll related reports to the Finance team;- creating reports on the outcomes of payroll structure changes to employee income levels, gathering historical and actual information on a weekly basis and adjusting it to the needs of the decision making team;- working with FourthHospitality and MS Excel.

Responsibilities include: team management, stock management, conflict management, labor management, ensuring smooth service and great feedbacks from customers, occasionally new staff induction, training and all the paperwork. Everyday is different at the restaurant, in summary the main responsibility is to manage all the issues that might arrise before, during or after the service.
