My main role is to manage all interior project implementation issues. I am inspired to deliver visual and behavioural change by helping organize spaces and making them ergonomic.- Consulting on the work spaces layout and organization - Delivering solutions on working environment changes- Working to be trustful longterm partner both for the customers and for the partners- B2B sales- Selection of contractors, suppliers and manufacturers- Contracts negotiations- Formation of project implementation team- Project's cost control and budget management- Maintain projects' schedule and ensure that project management team and contractors work meet the deadlines- Training of junior project managers- Leading large projects in Lithuania and Baltics- Working with and representing the world's largest manufacturers for office space (USA, Europe)
