During my time at Michelin, I have grown and acquired many skills surrounding strategic communication and event management. In my role, I assist in creating and distributing information to site employees; this often entails weekly communication through Sway, including brief, eye-catching, yet easy-to-understand graphics. I can determine how clear and effective my communication is by gathering feedback from recipients. I have launched an official plant-specific LinkedIn page to create an online reputation for our site. I manage and create posts that will be appealing and engaging to employees and prospective applicants. By tracking analytics from LinkedIn such as impressions, engagement, page views, and visits, I can effectively understand what content I should post to reach our audience. Our site hosted an event celebrating a new initiative to reduce CO2 emissions. I created a general style guide for the materials of the event and incorporated that into all our print materials. The Mayor of Louisville, Congresspeople of Kentucky, and the President of Michelin NA were all in attendance along with many local and influential voices in Louisville. This event was broadcast on local news stations, as we had many stations show up to cover the event. During the event, I captured photos of our guests and speakers to share with our site and Michelin NA. I assisted in planning a 2-day town hall for 400+ employees at our site. Using tools such as GANTT charts, I have organized and delegated tasks to reach completion. Because this event included much planning on the purchasing side, I organized purchases and budgeted accordingly. I created signage and promotional material for the event and curated a general theme for the event's graphics following the brand guides of Michelin and ASRC. I took photos during the event so our team could use them to promote related future events.

During my time at Kroger, I became a reliable and flexible worker. Excelling in different distinct positions, I have grown to be determined to ensure that customers have the best experience they can. I learned to communicate clearly with customers and assist them if problems arise.

In a very team-based work environment, I developed leadership skills in means of communication. To achieve our goal of efficiently completing orders, I would have to coordinate with different moving parts of the operation to ensure success.

As a team member at Chick-fil-A, I was equipped with the skills to treat every guest with the utmost respect and serve them in whatever way I needed to ensure a pleasant experience. I became familiar with IPOS order systems and how to communicate with other co-workers.
