I was born in Benevento in 1953. Married with three sons .After graduating in Electronic Engineering from University Federico II in Naples in 1978, I worked till 1980 as researcher in the Electronic Application Laboratory in Naples University . During this period I studied and developed new methods for the analysis of myoelectric signals in emiparetic patients in collaboration with several Italian and international research centers.In 1980 I joined Italdata SpA , a Siemens Company, where I worked as Firmware and Hardware designer , Software Developer , Project Manager , Team Leader, and Chief of Software Division .During these years , I have been a member of several working teams and committees inside Siemens Group to study and launch new products and services like “the Office of the Future “ , the international E-Learning Initiative. I was program manager of several research programs , funded by Italian Research Ministry .I was professor at Salerno University of courses on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovation in the Software Industry.In the September 2000 I was appointed CEO at Italdata . Italdata (www.italdata.it ) develops solutions and services in the following areas : E-Learning , Infomobility , Emergency Management .I am member of the Board of Directors of the Consorzio Milano Ricerche (www.milanoricerche.it ), of the Company AIR MOBILITY SOLUTIONS ( joint venture between Italdata spa and AIR spa in the area of innovative solutions for transportation Companies ),of the Consorzio INCIPIT (www.incipit.campania.it).In the February 2009 I founded KES Knowledge Environment Security a spin off of Sannio University .In September 2009 , in partnership with the merchant bank REDIFIN SpA I bought Italdata and was appointed CEO of the Company. I am working to develop the Italdata businesses also by investing in start-ups like Sharper Analytics, a spin-off of Milano Bicocca University. In June 2018 E-Tekne sold the participation in Italdata to Olidata Spa.In April 2021, after more than 40 years,I left Italdata to start a new business adventure: as E-Tekne CEO I am supporting the launch of new startups in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
