As a Project Manager/Estimator for Monarch Construction, I managed, oversaw to provide support to foremen inconjunction of work for our clients including Con Edison, Verizon and US Power Generating Company. I also conducted estimates and project/control construction costs. In addition, I conducted walkthroughs including viewing the scope of work, reviewing drawings, taking pictures and determining appropriate subcontractors for project. My responsibilities also included monitoring and checking on subcontractors to ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.Lex Construction installed all kitchens purchased at Home Depot. As a Project Manager for Lex Construction I was responsible for managing the scope of work and coordinating all aspects of kitchen installations. I provided excellent customer service to and built relationships with our residential clients. I also managed the scheduling of carpenters and subcontractors including plumbing, lighting, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, windows/doors, landscaping, excavating and tiling. Additionally, I increased efficiency by ensuring the proper set up for a crew of 2-6 carpenters, inspected cabinets for proper design and fit and ensured that the proper materials were ordered and available in the correct quantities. I established solid relationships with manufacturers and suppliers and consulted clients on interior design aspects including color, fabrics, texture, spatial flow, traffic and movement.

Over a span of 20+ years, I was a Carpenter for several companies including 9+ years with Ogilvie Construction, 5 years of self-employment and 2 stints with Franklin Interiors.I am proficient in all phases of carpentry including custom cabinetry, finish work, installing intricate molding, kitchen cabinet and furniture fabrication.
