Teach in the Game Design program - level design, concepts, analysis, and design on paper.

Designed two 52 page magazines. Point person for all email based design and web development tasks, as well as video and audio editing. Worked between both print and web.

Responsible for managing a team of five interns, assigning tasks, and reviewing submitted design work. Complete all design work on incoming partner concepts and ensure consistency in all work created for licensed brands. Design assets for mobile photo and messaging applications. Primary design contact with all external partners.

Responsible for deployment of the company’s suite of web-based business communication applications. Drive all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering, specification, scope estimation, implementation and delivery of a notification application. Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent customer projects. Develop and maintain project plans and project documentation. Launch customer projects and achieve completion signoff within specified project timeline. Deliver customer applications, including configuration of the core business notification service, testing and issues resolution, documentation, and other technical deliverables.

Responsible for analyzing high end concept documents in regards to brand and design dependencies. Comment and provide feedback on design documentation as well as early builds from Hasbro licensees and partners. Verify builds and documents meet Hasbro brand and rule compliance.

Shift supervisor responsible for overseeing composing department during the evening shift on weekends. Proofed pages for issues with ads, text placement, graphics, and color profiles. Used Multi-Ad Creator, Quark, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and PagePair to troubleshoot page problems, insert ads, and to rectify other issues. Operated RTI RIP-Kit to process pages into CMYK plates for printing. Primary composing contact for editorial, sports, plates, and press during my shift.

Responsible for creation and formatting of excel spreadsheets and game testing plans. Maintained, organized, and helped build the Quality Assurance test lab. Multi-tasked testing on two separate projects, and was the sole tester on one. Submitted bugs through Microsoft Product Studio and FogBugz. Attended SCRUM and Warboard meetings throughout development of both titles.

Responsible for marketing network structure and partner FTP systems. Attended meetings, telephoned partners, and submitted assets for internal and external approval. Played active role in PR events and led PR screenshot sessions. Created trackers and worked on strict deadlines/schedules. Worked with press during game demos and press interviews.

Responsible for submission, regression, and triage of game related bugs and errors. Lead meetings dealing on Kynogon AI System, Player Feedback, and Bug Triage. Created test plans, tracking spread sheets, and reported on QA activities. Participated in the approval process for check-ins dealing with Kynogon AI issues. Also set up and attended several PR events.

Provided sales advice and guidance to thousands of customers monthly at one of the most successful regional stores. Offered technical support and repair as an in-store technician. Created several successful in-store / regional advertisements and promotions. Collaborated in the development of innovative sales strategies and store wide promotions.

Interfaced with multi-cultural clients through web ticket, on telephone, and in person. Responsible for troubleshooting all Windows and Mac operating systems, and an array of software for each for each platform.
