Representative matters include: hospital system disputes with managed care payors, including re: underpayments/recoupments and medical necessity and other payment denials; defending companies and their directors in shareholder litigation; advising physician groups; representing music publishers, labels, and artists in copyright infringement actions; all manner of contract disputes, including in and among closely-held companies.

From intern through internal promotions, coordinated donor outreach, maintained organization database, produced financial reports, managed volunteers/interns, prepared education materials, and helped organize fundraising events.
