My professional journey is built on 24 years of solid experience on a diverse portfolio spanning corporate transformations, entrepreneurial endeavours and business development, I bring a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects across diverse sectors and geographies. Fuelled by a determined spirit and a strong appetite for solving challenges, I have successfully built and scaled businesses from the ground up. My leadership, people and organisational skills have been widely recognised, as well as my adaptability and capacity to drive change. I have strong financial background having occupied roles such as head of Finance and Purchasing on a global scope. More specifically, as the founder of Loc and Roll, I offer a unique and innovative service of renting furniture, decoration, household appliances and equipment to individuals and professionals. Loc and Roll went live in February 2020, just before the lockdown, and despite the challenging context and the novelty of such service offering, it has achieved significant growth and recognition having signed contracts for over 600K€ of revenue, processed over 5 500 products, and expanded to 23 French departments. I have received awards from entrepreneurial organisations and media coverage from prestigious media such as TF1, France 2, France 5, Challenges, Elle, Les Echos Start, Le Parisien among others.Action-driven, I am particularly passionate about bringing value, notably by exploring and transitioning to more sustainable operational models, mode adapted to our society’s current challenges.
