Despite a complicated context (company launched end of February 2020, just prior to confinement) and the novelty of the service offering, the company has evolved significantly: it has signed contracts for 675K€ of revenue, has processed over 5 700 products and is present in 23 French departments. It has received substantial recognition from the press (Le Figaro, TF1, France 5, Challenges, Elle, Les Echos Start, Le Parisien…) as well as several awards from entrepreneurial organisations (Graines de Boss, Concours de Création Régional d'Entreprises, Réseau Entreprendre Val d'Oise - see awards section)Since November 2023, founder of "La Boutique des Nouveaux Départs", an online boutique specialised in the sale of Loc and Roll's second hand products.

Develop the previously created 1,2 bn€ worldwide network. Define the vision and strategy of the global P2P organisation and evolution on a 5-year horizon. Define and implement policy, processes and procedures. P2P process definition and ownership in the context of a major ERP replacement project (purchasing, supplier base, product base, inventory management, accounts payable, payments). Implement RSE and risk management criteria and rules. Support countries set up local functions and handle local specificities. Generate savings via consolidation, leveraging on group volumes and rationalisation of spend & supply base. E.g. Lead global RFPs and implement global contracts on direct and indirect spend categories (lab supplies and equipment, radiographic films, standards and norms, vehicle fleet,..). Actions lead delivered 50m€ savings in 2,5 years + similar amount in cost avoidance (40% of addressed spend)

Project managed a full office move operation (900 people): from the initial business case, site selection, lease negotiation, internal organisation and space planning, IS/IT on site, works & furniture, set up of all facility management contracts, transfer to new sites (2), restatement of old sites, relationship with unions all throughout the project, budget management, change management.

In a context of increasing pressure over margins, create from scratch a Purchasing & Procurement function at Corporate level and throughout the network worldwide to generate savings and increase control over spend via economies of scale. Global RFPs and negotiations conducted on several areas of indirect and direct spend (vehicle fleet, travel, PPE, standards..). Actions lead delivered 35m€ savings (+40% vs target) in 2,5 years.

Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France

Activity monitoring for a 2bn€ worldwide division. Risk analysis of large and complex customer contracts prior to signature.

Launched in a pre-IPO context and after an intense period of company acquisitions worldwide, the project aimed at making the Finance organisation scalable, improving the quality and timeliness of financial data and reducing transaction processing costs via the definition and implementation of standardised and optimised processes for Finance (notably transaction processes); set up of national cross divisional finance SSCs; implementation of KPIs and benchmarking. Scope: World. Launched and conducted several “spin off” projects such as the roll out of centralised, automated and electronic supplier invoice processing systems based on scanning and OCR automatically interfaced to accounting (USA, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Australia…). In the case of France (~130 000 invoices processed/year), definition and deployment of a fully electronic processing system based on tax compliant e-invoicing coupled to scanning and OCR.
