Key points:• We start the PCR reaction in plasma without preliminary isolation of cf-DNA,• Do not lose units of target molecule copies,• ARNA's cf-DNA approach can improve dozens of tests on the market.🚀The 2nd - "Protein activity measurement":• We have learned to measure new activity of proteins interaction with genes in blood,• We believe that we are studying a new level of regulation in the oncological process,• This newly discovered protein activity is unique along with our technology to measure it. The "Multiomics" approach - combining genetics and proteins in one test, is being demonstrated today by 2 giants in the liquid biopsy industry: Exact Sciences, which acquired Thrive earlier in October 2020 for $ 2.15 billion. The project has completed the Proof-of-Concept study abroad with outstanding results (sensitivity = 99%, specificity = 85%, total number of subjects = 80) and received awe-inspiring scientific results. Because our test is inexpensive and fast, ARNA could improve tests from tech giants with current market caps of USD 10 billion to USD 25 billion.We applied for the new patent application that we had prepared within 14 months together with specialists from Dentons US office, with the priority date as November 12, 2021.
