TaxDome is the largest B2B SaaS CRM platform for accounting firms in the US. I'm responsible for strategy and progress of a few product areas — Time & Billing, Integrations, and Reporting.Through dozens of interviews, tight work with the sales team, market research, and competitor analysis, I have crafted and implemented a clear vision and strategy for each area.This brought next results:- Increased sales conversion by 10% through integration with IRS and Companies House. I led these features from ideation to the marketing release and impact measurement.- Increased the year-over-year payment flow, which clients operate through TaxDome, by 10% through improved QuickBooks integration and enhancements to invoicing and payment scenarios.- Boosted time tracking usage by 25% through numerous UX enhancements.- Established an internal discovery process for conducting regular client interviews for insights-driven product development. I conducted over 50 interviews myself.

Ozon is the second largest ecommerce service in Russia with 18m DAU. I'm responsible for the strategy and progress of search suggestions (5m DAU across web, iOS, and Android apps).- Generated and designed personalization and recommendations for search suggestions, resulting in an estimated additional GMV of $40m per year.- Implemented two features on monetization of the search suggests with additional $4m profit per year.- Improved order conversion rate by 7% through dozens of AB tests on ML ranking of search suggestions.- Transformed team processes from technical to customer-centric.

Rabota is the second largest job-seeking service in Russia with 1m DAU. I was responsible for the strategy and progress of a new business direction — a self-development platform. In three months, I launched a new product for web and mobile apps from scratch, resulting in an additional profit-generating stream.- Crafted the product vision and strategy for a new product through dozens of quantitative and qualitative types of research.- In 3 months, I launched a new product that was profitable from day one.- Increased short-time retention of the service by 5% and created a new source of profit for the company.- Built trusting relationships with training providers which increased service revenue by 5%.- Hired and managed an effective and result-oriented scrum team.

Vezet was a ridesharing company with 2M orders a day. I was responsible for the progress of a call center software. I also was responsible for the address database. Everyday 9000 operators used it to receive taxi orders.- Built an AI voice assistant to take orders from the most loyal customers. This reduced the cost of an order by 8%. Saved for the company about $2m per year. - Significantly improved the interface for call center operators. After the improvement some of them stopped using eye drops, some took off their glasses.- Built a strong and solid cross-functional scrum team of engineers with robust processes.

Alfa-Bank is the largest private bank in Russia with more than 20m MAU. For three years I worked here as an analyst, one year as a scrum master and as an Android developer. I worked on mobile banking for individuals.My achievements were:- I redesigned the display of loans and credit cards in mobile banking. This project increased the capacity of a call center by 30%.- Reworked money transfer scenarios. This project increased the number of transfers per user by 15%.- Significantly improved the mobile banking registration conversion by redesigning the authorisation process.- Launched a range of credit products including credit cards, mortgages and loans.
