CurrentBriefly - I'm supporting and developing existing and creating new IT Services for KL employees.-ITAM (IT Asset Management) department management;-Interaction with internal customers for identification, analysis and consolidation their requirements;-Managing the expectations of business customers and users;-Proactive actions to identify and implement improvements in IT services;-Interaction with the different units and external service providers for achieving the goals.Budgeting: -Planning of IT services budget;-Budget reconciliation, re-forecast and control execution during the year;Major achievements:-Successfully implemented VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) which simplified remote work for Kaspersky employees;-Successfully implemented the largest in Russia implementation of Microsoft Teams (collaboration corporate platform);-A secure printing solution was implemented, which helped to solve the problem of losing documents in a large office. Improved security, manageability and predictability of service, reduced costs;-Redesigned the conference hall for 150 people, including hardware replacement and software development (control with iPad: light, sound, video, etc.);-Created a private cloud for Kaspersky employees.
