Having worked as a Lead engineer and performing a large-scale project of the development of the digital broadcasting through the North-Western region of Russia, I've gained crucial experience in leadership and ability to perform a wide range of roles (from the construction supervision to overseeing the IT systems, staff motivation and development, providing operational support and administration procedures). My education has prepared me for multitasking and the ability to be flexible and innovative. I am looking forward to applying my knowledge of dealing with complex problems.My main duties are: performing preparatory pre-project activities;- implementation of the comprehensive project activity;- drafting and issuance of project proposals, RfPs, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules;- project management (incl. finding contractors, signing of contracts);- construction supervision;- coordination with official supervisory authorities;- prepare substantial completion certificates and all required "project close out" documents, elimination of comments during the work of the commission;- commissioning;- operation of buildings and structures (more than 6 large-scale industrial facilities);- determination of the scope and cost of work;- managing database.During my professional career more than 70 industrial and civil projects and objects were designed and built.
