The number of students surged from 80 to 4000, necessitating a complete overhaul of the infrastructure and processes.- Developed a live session infrastructure for 4,000 students using Zoom, Discord, Google Calendar, and Calendly. Reduced the time required for link generation, mailings, and Zoom management by over 20 times.- Established the Refocus Philippines discord community, orchestrating a full migration from WhatsApp to Discord for 4,000 students.
