Alongside my main role, I consult top management at product companies to develop strong design departments. I focus on building a design culture, refining processes, and enhancing team skills to align design output with business goals for maximum impact.

I started at Redmadrobot as a Design Projects Administrator, supporting a senior Project Manager with report writing, follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation for one of Russia’s leading mobile app developers. After gaining experience, I took on the role of Project Design Manager, where I led over 10 projects in IoT, Sports, Aviation, Crypto, and Education. My role spanned team management, client negotiations, project planning, and budget control, ensuring smooth, transparent communication and timely project delivery.
