With over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am a co-founder of Rudy's Brewing Co., a craft kombucha brewery that produces and distributes high-quality non-alcoholic and alcoholic kombucha in the EU market, Hong-Kong, Singapore and Bali. I have a master's degree in engineering, and I apply my technical and creative skills to design, operate, and maintain the brewing equipment, as well as to develop new recipes and flavors.
