My responsibilities included orchestrating the go-live support team preparation, navigating the complexities of organizational change realization, and optimizing the human resources plan in response to shifting project roadmaps. I successfully facilitated seamless collaboration between multiple projects with interrelated functionalities and distinct stakeholders, all while maintaining the cohesion of our dedicated team. With a project team exceeding 1000 members, a pilot project encompassing 3000 end users, and plans to roll out to over 10,000 users, alongside the integration of 30+ systems, it was an incredible journey marked by growth and impactful achievements.
