Founder of Munalp Properties, which is developing, managing and marketing prime properties in Germany, Austria and Italy in all aspects, like investment strategies, stakeholder analysis and relations, architectual concepts, contracting building services, financing, property and rental management in general. Since 2017 member, 2022-2023 chair of the Board of Directors of Aiglon College, I oversee a world leading international non-profit boarding school, located in Switzerland. My responsibilities have grown over the years, providing strong contribution and leadership in several committees and working groups. I find it challenging and rewarding to work strategically in Education, School Management, Safeguarding, Advancement and all other aspects that come with a boarding school. Information is key, as is the right coordination, support and advice for stakeholder groups of this school to enable stability and continuity in this rapidly changing educational environment.My broad international career in 3M Corp. and other NASDAQ-100 companies, in Controlling with New Technologies, Change Mangagement, Project Leadership and Process Excellence makes me very suited to drive and support Business Decisions in a multitude of ways now and in the future. Further qualifications and fields of interest span from Six Sigma, as 3M certified Black Belt, and International Integrations of Acquisitions, to IT-Systems, Ethics and Sustainability.I am highly analytical and have obtained, through my international background and experience, a strong intercultural competence and open-mindedness.
