- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders- Perform analytical procedures over monthly and quarterly reports to identify issues to be researched and resolved, while maintaining key business partner relationships- Document key drivers of financial results to be shared with both internal and external stakeholders- Compile financial statement footnotes for the required NAIC quarterly and annual reporting as well as for the audited statutory financial statements- Maintain knowledge and familiarity with Statutory Accounting Principles to assist in analysis- Assist with special process improvement projects and provide support in the implementation of resulting changes- Lead the compilation of MD&A statements for the required NAIC annual reporting across several business units

-Provided relevant systems data to assist in driving business process efforts in improving effectiveness of current strategies and performance from current resources-Provided ad-hoc reporting packages to various departments utilizing Salesforce data in Excel and Power BI-Proposed an incentive-based compensation plan with related KPI metrics to be used by enrollment departments to reduce attrition and realign KPI’s with strategic initiatives
