He has extensive experience managing case teams in a wide range of litigation and consulting matters. Dr. Grgeta has identified and supported new and experienced testifying experts, both academics as well as industry experts with backgrounds in banking, securities trading, hedge funds, private equity, insurance, project finance, information technology, COVID-19, and more. He has worked closely with attorneys, experts, and clients in all phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, expert reports, depositions, and trials.In finance and securities matters, Dr. Grgeta has valued businesses and assets, conducted event studies, assessed market efficiency, analyzed cryptocurrency markets, examined options and volatility, evaluated solvency, scrutinized management projections, analyzed debt covenants, evaluated compliance with investment policies, assessed the suitability of complex securities, analyzed investment strategies, conducted statistical sampling analyses, addressed class certification issues, and measured damages.
