Digital Content Manager
As Digital Content Manager, I create, curate, and strategically distribute digital content on the Press’s social networks and website to raise visibility with key audiences and align with Copper Canyon Press’s mission and yearly sales and fundraising goals. I contribute valuable support to cross-department publicity/promotional efforts, driving annual sales and revenue growth through online donor and reader engagement, and inform the Press’s digital marketing and fundraising efforts with best practices.Social Media– Curate multi-dimensional social media marketing campaigns for individual and season book promotion– Design textured social media marketing campaigns for individual development and fundraising campaigns – Promote organizational, author, and literary events using social media networks – Expand social media readership and followers and encouraging discovery through the digital realm– Provide—and route donors and readers to—customer service through social media posts and private messaging– Manage and maintain social media scheduling and analytic systems Web– Serve as webmaster for coppercanyonpress.org– Create, maintain, and curate SEO-friendly, up-to-date, branded content on coppercanyonpress.org for books, authors, and compelling development initiatives.– Analyze and evaluate efficacy of web content using analytics to maximize impact– Ensure best practices for advancing inclusion and diversity in external digital communications– Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance Copper Canyon’s electronic landscape and reachDigital Media– Establish and maintain consistent branding for the Press across digital spaces– Create and/or inform the creation of digital design assets in support of book promotion and fundraising efforts across a variety of channels (social media, email marketing, website, etc.)
