As an HVAC Senior Service, Sales and Install Manager, my job was to run the day to day operations of the HVAC company under the direction General Manager. In any business customer service is always key. My job was more than just working alongside and managing the service techs, sales consultants and install crews. My job included working with the consumers, business owners, regional managers, area directors, general managers, facility and project managers on a daily basis.These positions are as natural to me as walking due to my 20+ years of experience as a highly-skilled and safety-conscious tech and manager. My experience has provided me with technical acumen and experience managing and prioritizing large volumes of work orders for governmental, commercial and residential properties and consumers.I have a history of strengthening compliance; improving processes; and elevating output, quality, customer satisfaction and employee morale to all-time best.
