After finalizing my Master's Degree in Advertising and Sales from the Sheffield University in Greece, I joined the family business in the real estate industry. Started my career in sales at a young age where I successfully managed the entire sales process for many commercial and residential buildings. Nevertheless, education was always of a huge passion of mine therefore decided to join Leoron Institute, leader in training and development in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Central Asia. Leoron taught me everything I need to know in terms of corporate training for these markets. Since results have always been a major force of moving up the ladder and a motivation to reach the unimaginable, I decided to join the Rutherford Group, based in Texas, USA, as a Senior Engagement Consultant. So far, we have helped companies globally master the people side of the business, build capabilities and achieve business success for our clients. I have been a part of experts in developing leaders, strengthening workforces and making HR more impactful. Some of the companies I have personally been involved are Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Islamic Development Bank, Thiqah, Saudi Electricity, Al Safi Dairy, Sanabil, and few other. However, my journey doesn't stop here, just recently I finalized the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and together with a friend we co-founded DAN&ZONES Company.
