• The Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail and the Continental Divide Trail are known as the Triple Crown of hiking and only approximately 500 people have ever completed this.
• An overwhelming majority of people who set out to complete even one of these trails do not complete the trail in its entirety.
• Every trail requires an enormous amount of physical and mental endurance as well as a proper handle on logistics to complete.
