● Planned and executed ~ 11,500 miles of hiking and ~2,500 miles of biking. This included the following recognized trails:o Appalachian Trailo Pacific Crest Trailo Te Araroao Continental Divide Trailo Arizona Trailo Natchez Trace (Bike)o Pacific Coast Bike Route● The Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail and the Continental Divide Trail are known as the Triple Crown of hiking and only approximately 500 people have ever completed this. ● An overwhelming majority of people who set out to complete even one of these trails do not complete the trail in its entirety. ● Every trail requires an enormous amount of physical and mental endurance as well as a proper handle on logistics to complete.
