- Reporting directly to the Compensation and Benefits Manager- Managing the Compensation and Benefits function covering 49 sites divided into 6 different regions (8 production plants – 41 Sales depots) with a total manpower of 11000 employees.Managing and analyzing the company population & proposing different scenarios to improve and develop:- Medical and life insurance schemes.- pension plan.- the company Policies and procedures.- Job Profile and evaluation - Salary structure and reward system - mobility schemes - Automation system for C&B.- Managing internal medical scheme for (6000 employees).- Investigating suitable potential benefits in terms of cost feasibility & relevance.- Proposing benefits entitlements in accordance with the Grading & Salary structure.- Providing monthly updates on the Compensation & Benefits activities for upper mangers and HR Director- Developing handbook Manual targeting Employee awareness and orientation. - Writing offers and contracts, .- Engagement the compensation and benefits return on the employee into the orientation program. - Developing competitive benefit packages through implementing short term plan to “benefits magazine” to include all requirements and different needs of employees

- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development. - Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. - Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. - Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires. - Design and conduct new employee orientations. - Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers. - Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses. - Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. - Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. - Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases. - Handling Work Place rights audit (WPR).- handling Employees Insight Survey - Develop Leaves and absents control with finger ultimate System - Regular update of all organizational structures.- Managing the employee's promotions, and change of titles - Carry out & follow up employment fairs subscription & participation.
