Our project is the Medina Holiday Inn. It is a 700 guest rooms hotel on a 2700 m2 plot in central area Medinah.My responsibilities are: -1- Participate in the feasibility and the initial studies.2- Develop Scope, schedule, cost, Risk, Stakeholders, and communication plans.3- Develop the budget and the schedule baselines.4- Start the project's first phase - Design and excavation -.5- Communicate, study, analyze, Appraisal, and recommend contracting.6- Communicate with all parties, receive the deliverables, and issue approvals.7- Review and approve all invoices, V.Os, Study, and resolve claims.8- Follow on-site work activities, RFI, reports, meetings, safety, and schedule control, etc.

Our project was Holiday Vella 4-star Hotel in Medina.My responsibilities were: -1- Consultant Team formation, developing, monitoring, and solving issues.2- Develop, approve and control contractor plans, Schedule, cost, quality, and HSE, etc.3- Approve the contractor team and the subcontractors.4- Manage site activities, RFI, material approval, reports, meetings, safety issues, schedule control, quality assurance, and control.5- Communicate with the main stakeholders, MDA, Civil defense, the owner, and the other authorities.6- Receiving the deliverables and issuing approval.7- Review and approve all invoices, V.Os, 8- Study and resolve claims.

GCG is a construction company classified as a 3rd degree in building activities.We have done four commercial centers, one Tazej restaurant, and two - ten stories - hotels. My responsibilities were:-1. Projects technical studies, Scheduling, Pricing, bidding, and Contracting.2. Follow project execution until close stages and solve any issues.3. Study of the project's resources requirements –equipment, materials, and manpower –, which include determining, allocation, level, smoothing, and optimizing.4. Subcontractors and Vendors evaluation, negotiation, and, contracting.5. Invoices and payments.6. Manage procurements.

CRCC is the Chinese construction giant, I was working as Medina area manager for KAP5 - King Abd-Allah Project stage 5 - which is a construction project owned to MOI in Medina, Yanbu, and the surrounding areas to develop the headquarters for all MOI sections.The Total Project cost is about 10 Billion SR., yes it was a mega project !!, Medina budget was 670 M. SR., with 23 projects.

I started as a senior structural engineer in developing central area PMO in Medina, it is a 15 Billion $ cost program, then as P.M for Tibah university staff housing project, it is 1.7 billion SR. I spent 16 years in ZFP, they are a good company with an excellent reputation in the gulf area, they have a good system, I got a lot of experience during my work there.

I designed and supervised tens of buildings during this period, also I was a P.M for some projects such as Sheikh Bin Baz Mosque and some other tower buildings.

I started my career with this consultant, which is one of the biggest in Egypt, I have learned a lot with them and participated in many big projects.
