• Responsible for assisting in the implementation of technology solutions that meet customer requirements. The primary focus of this role is to develop and configuring SAP solutions, address support issues, conduct.
• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
• Analyzing customer requirements and ensuring that technology solutions align with those requirements.
• Address support issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruption and downtime.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to verify the functionality and performance of technology solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows and functions to identify and resolve any potential issues or bottlenecks.

• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.

• Design the HCM scenarios.

• Reviews, analyzes, and verifies payroll reports.
• Complete transferring benefits to banks, treasuries, and accounts, for closing the exchange process.
• Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purposes.
• Conduct communication and negotiation operations with external and government agencies regarding visa services to provide the group's needs and achieve employee satisfaction.
• Follow up and review the entry and exit of employees and review the financial statements.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the financial statements and solve all salary and benefits problems.

• Receive, upload and update Payroll data.
• Reviews, analyzes, and verifies payroll reports.
• Complete transferring benefits to banks, treasuries, and accounts, for closing the exchange process.
• Follow up and review the entry and exit of employees and review the financial statements.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the financial statements and solve all salary and benefits problems.
• Prepare financial reports necessary to measure the effectiveness of the payroll and benefits system for continuous development in operations.

• Solve time management time evaluation messages.
• Calculate the number of days due for allowances of all kinds.
• Conducting a technical analysis of the results of time evaluation
• Recalculating and/or revaluating time management data
• Archiving Time Management data
• Controlling communication with third-party systems such as time attendance machines

• Validate customers’ complaints against agents’ behaviors.
• Set action plan with agents regarding valid complaints.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding ADSL issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customers.
• Following up complicated customer calls.
