With a career spanning over four decades, I began my journey in technology in 1983 by developing MS-DOS applications.Later, in the 1990s, I established my first tech company in the UAE, specializing in the development of banking IVR systems.In March 2001, I pioneered the Middle East’s first commercial IVR service for downloading mobile content, including ringtones, operator logos, and group logos in the UAE.Later that year, I successfully expanded this service to seven additional countries, sparking the revolutionary era of mobile content across the region.In June 2002, following the enormous success of 2001, I founded MERSAL FZ-LLC in Dubai Media City, establishing it as the leading force in the G.C.C.’s value-added services (VAS) for mobile phones.For over 15 years, MERSAL dominated the mobile content space, driving innovation and delivering groundbreaking solutions that reached millions of users across the region.During the pandemic, I transitioned to a remote work model, delivering end-to-end mobile solutions. My portfolio includes successful apps on major app stores such as Apple, Google, HUAWEI, OPPO, and Xiaomi, showcasing my ability to develop impactful solutions that resonate with global audiences.In summary, My vision and strong belief are that “Technology solutions are not a target in themselves but rather a means to make people's lives easier, smarter, and more enjoyable”.
