Responsible for leading the business unit of a division meeting objectives as identified by the Corporation's Win Strategy. Ownership of the whole product portfolio business in the entire region.Maintaining a strong healthy relation with the Vendor & Managed partners.Managing all the back office operations related to the business (Fulfillment, Renewal & Incremental).*Full revenue responsibility from RSA, with the expectation to achieve all assigned targets and objectives.Develop the RSA sales and business strategy, including annual and quarterly business plans for the product. Engage with the vendor at multiple levels to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships.Engage with sales, technical and management staff internally where appropriate.Submit timely and accurate forecasts. Meet all business reporting requirements. Taking the responsibility of working with RSA and colleagues to agree on the focus and activities culminating in the development of business plans and then ensuring that these are executed upon. Work with the Marketing Team to create and deliver successful campaigns and take the necessary action to drive business forward.Submit a forecast and pipeline weekly at the close of business detailing the specifics of each account with the current status and expected close date.Achieving quarterly targets set by the Vendor quarter by quarter.Sustaining a smooth operations as per the procedures & compliance criteriaHiring new partners & take the reasonability of enabling them Ensure high levels of sales Submit a forecast and pipeline of the unmanaged partners detailing the specifics of each account with the current status and expected close date.Ensure ongoing aspects of the partnership, including partner training, programs, product portfolio, seminars, sales tools, etc. improve sales channel effectiveness and deliver significant incremental revenue to the business.Drive and support the channel to deliver sales of the product.
