Having the heritage of both GSM & Internet worlds.Job Responsibilities:- Managing the MIS department, including directly supervising and handling employee concerns and performance for the following sections (IT Helpdesk, Network & Security, Support team and Connectivity team).- Establishing IT Department in the company.- Designing Network Infrastructure.- Designing and implementing Windows Domain controllers, Exchange Mail Server, Firewall Devices, Users Data Backup and Servers Backup, Disaster Recovery Plans, Intranet server.- Yearly budgeting planning.- Future projects planning according to future business needs.- Responsible for all MIS related contracts and agreements with all external parties (Microsoft, Orange, LDC, etc.)- Responsible for the reporting system of the company, which provide all financial and commercial reports.- Responsible for all running cloud applications (Workable, Zoom, etc.).- Installing and administrating all VPN’s connections (site to site, client to site) between ArpuPlus and different locations worldwide.- Company MIS peripherals purchasing.- Administrating IT infrastructure including Windows, Mac and Cisco Firewall.- Establishing the 24/7 Support department of the company responsible for all our services to be up and running. - Make sure all MIS departments are on the track for their objectives

PACC is one of the largest IT solution providers in Egypt. PACC is the sole agent of Apple Macintosh computers in Egypt from 1985 till March 1998 and from that date is the main authorized distributor for both Dell and Siemens H/W. I am supervised, managed and responsible for carrying out the standards of PACC to their customers throughout the country handling day to day operation and acting as the sole interface to the customers with PACC, solving my technical support team problems and supervising minimum level of spare parts control.
