At PIMCO I was the global lead for collaboration & productivity platforms and tools. PIMCO is well known investment management firm with 14 offices in 11 countries and $1.7+ trillion assets under management (AUM). My team had a broad focus across platforms, tools and people where we focused on employee experience and engagement across applications, devices and locations. We did this by delivering large-scale, complex technology programs with a focus on business processes using our deep technical knowledge and industry experience. I engaged with a broad set of stakeholders from administrative assistants to the CEO and advise senior executives on digital trends and opportunities. I worked with users and teams to identify new ways of working that helped them be more efficient, transparent and engaged. The platforms, tools and solutions we implement provide a seamless experience of workplace technology regardless of where that work gets done.
