Innate technical learning for software and hardware platforms which aid product development and cross discipline communication. Strong interpersonal skills that have combined with organized presentation and public speaking skills to educate non-scientists and aid senior management.In my spare time I lead, BioCurious into premier community laboratory. I helped to mature the business and facility into a 4x expansion in headcount and square footage with ZERO paid staff and NO grant funding. I transformed its business model and facility into a sustainable cash flow positive revenue generator during an economic downturn as the President with a volunteer staff. During my tenure we helped to sustain and launch over 35 startups such as; Mammoth Bio, Billion-to-one, Microculus, and Folia Water.
