I am an enthusiastic and ambitious person with a keen drive to aim for nothing but success within the advertising industry. Having finished my degree last year I have spent this year working in a variety of roles and situations.My work experience is mainly focused around customer service including retail stores and call centre environments. From this I have picked up a number of key skills and insights in to customers and consumers from it. Some of these include understanding what an individual is after and being observant to the smaller details. I have also had hands on work place experience in design and development of packaging using my degree and knowledge of point of sale marketing to advise clients of amendments.
