Created my own payroll system.Summary:This is the awesome experience I learn until now. Why? because I can meet people everyday over and over and see of their resumes skill and their old also. Sometimes I feel lucky can had a great position that I can learn.On my first day in this position I were really blanked "what should I do?". Then I get something great advice from my mentors "Gary Oka" he sad "Money will follow you when you had own skill and great personality". This was really motivated me personally. I started search on youtube "how to interview" and learn on google search everything that I need to know regard in Human Resources and until someday I try to interview with other company, so I can learn how the other company doing the recruitment process and how to given questions to candidates and learn how their do eye contact with the candidates . Great experience I ever do. Until I realized something, their is a few point that I have learn from my previous experience. CMIIW:1. I learn and love to communicated with other peoples.2. I started to love to sharing information with some kind of idea with peoples or to my team.3. I started to realized, Interviewing peoples sometimes we need to out of the box, not only giving the candidate usual questions. I like something natural, we call it two ways communication, hopefully it will bring us to the next level of something natural expression on human behavior.4. I started to realized and believed employees will see what leader do. Just like a father and son.

Being a leader for my team. Summary:This position were really ever gambling from the owner has offered to me. LOL. Since I was never had a train how to be a great leadership ever in my life.Until I realized this position was really open my eyes and my mind. I learn something how to use calendar on my work based daily, how to talk with peoples and my team, this was really great experience ever in my part of life. I love to had it and thanks to my bos for the opportunity specially Gary Oka.
