Bid/Project Management activities within Combat Future Business & Export contracts, covering bidding and programme execution phases: • Combat (Eurofighter, AFJT…) bids preparation (capabilities and production) for their approval by the Risk Management Committee (RMC) of ADS • Establishing, in coordination with Finance, the Business Case to support the bids ensuring that the project margins/profits are consistent with ADS Business/Operating Plans. • Responsible for Programme Integrated Planning and Risk & Opportunities management (ADS and EF GmbH), - First implementation in Eurofighter of Unified Planning (UP), allowing the monitoring and control of the cost and schedule of programmes. • Involvement in the ERM/EAC process. • PM process, methods and tools implementation management, i.e. Earned Value and Work package Management, coordination and organization of Maturity Gates, Project categorization Assessor

Project Management activities within Airframe Engineering departement: • Operating Plan (OP) preparation process (cost vs allocated budget). • Adherence to the schedule (program key milestones & On time Delivery). • Cost deviations analysis, key cost drivers and references and main KPI´s dashboards. • Workload vs Workforce analysis and team balancing (int & ext). • Make-Buy strategy definition for mid-term scenarios.
