Turbotec offers & implements consulting services such as design, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, optimization and life management of power plants or gas compressor station components. It contains engineering services on more than 150 gas turbine packages for Iran Gas Trunklines (IGATs), execution of condition monitoring of power plant for National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO) and also, EPC contracting for power plant and 230KV AIS sub-station in NGL3100 Power Plant. ● Monitor materials, welding and quality activities for gas turbine packages, compressors, HRSG Boilers, Pressure Equipment and Process Piping for onshore and offshore applications● Reviewing of ITP, QCP, BOM, MDL(Master Document List) or Approval List of suppliers for each package● Coordination responsibility on NDT activities● Developing/Reviewing of welding activities like WPSs/PQRs and welder’s qualification● Maintaining ISO 3834 for the company● Develop MDRs, extract deliverables and ensure of final delivery to the client● Active engagement in project planning and participate in construction weekly meeting ● Investigate NCRs and take appropriate corrective action like repair and manage risk in quality sessions

The Iranian Welding Research and Engineering Centre (IWREC) was the only Responsible Member Society of IIW (International Institute of Welding) in Iran. IWREC and IIW supervision is called ANB (Authorized National Body) by its lead assessors and assessors. It has also been performing more than 30 projects including supervision/implementation inspection of industrial and construction projects especially in railway, steel structural, oil, gas and petrochemical projects.● Monitoring/Checking welding activities like the weld maps, NDT maps, weld/NDT traceability and the NDE personnel certification according to EN ISO series, AWS Standards and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes ● Checking the structural steel Material Certification and traceability● Assist with obtaining ISO 3834● Checking the consumable materials certificates and traceability● Follow up of Non-Conformance reports (NCR’s)

At Parsthermit, I have been involved in various industrial and construction projects, especially in mining and railway projects. Wagon Pars basically is an Iranian train manufacturing company. WPCO acquired designs and technologies from Bombardier Transportation GMBH, Siemens Austria, and Alstom France. Also, it produces conveyors, screens, rotary gates and other steel structure components for mining industry. During this period, I was responsible for execution of Quality Engineer/Inspector (activities) in different projects.● Performing/Reviewing inspection and testing methods and procedures for Radiographic, Dye Penetrated, Magnetic Particle, Positive Material Inspection, Ultrasonic inspections and PWHT in constructing Six Axle Freight Wagons, High Wall Freight Wagons, Ballast Freight Wagons, MD36 Bogies and heavy steel structures● QA/QC engineer to perform instruction on traction Engines repairs in Iranian Rail Car and Locomotive Industries according to client's specifications
