• Advise clients on accounting and tax compliance procedures.
• Review accuracy and appropriateness of clients financial reporting
• Advise clients on the tax impact of various business transactions.
• Develop efficient tax structuring strategies for clients.
• Conduct tax due diligence on behalf of clients in various transactions and deals.

• Design and implement audit procedures for Financial Service clients
• Implement the firms risk and quality management policies
• Demonstrate strong team management skills by ensuring the team delivers assigned tasks in line with the firms quality requirements within the allotted time frame
• Demonstrate good knowledge of industry and its regulatory requirements
• Prepare financial statements and audit reports
• Manage project economics to ensure profitability

Nigeria

• Team lead and member on various audit engagements of major financial institutions with the responsibility of communicating to management and escalating identified issues. Duties and responsibilities include:
• Review of various clients’ internal business processes
• Evaluation and review of the design effectiveness of identified internal controls
• Review and preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
• Review of the client financial records in accordance with CAMA, CBN prudential guidelines and other government regulations.
• Trend analysis of client’s financial information for several periods.
