The team include persons from: E-product Support; E-business; Infosec; Software Development; UI/UX; IT Audit; Quality Assurance; Project Management and Business Analysis units (November 2024).Successfully lead the Corporate Internet Banking dev team to integrate with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking System (October 2024)Lead a team of 7 developers, helping with blocking issues, prioritization and team strategy, on the Bank's Corporate Internet Banking application using Java EE.Managed the installation, configuration, and optimization of the JBoss EAP application server, providing a robust hosting environment for the bank's Corporate Internet Banking application.Conducts application code reviews to ensure compliance with application development best practices and drive adoption of industry best practices among developers.Offered technical leadership, mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the team's overall success. Contributed to process improvement initiatives, complying with established software development methodologies and SDLC principles for successful project execution.
