Responsible for assisting customers with the design and deployment of their Ariba Upstream solutions, which includes Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management. As the functional expert, I help lead the customer in the build, testing and deployment of their software solution and associated business processes while providing project planning and management services.I assist with all aspects of the software deployment, which includes process configuration, feature/functionality demos, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up, and project management. Also, I act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
