-Review complex real estate transactions which involve direct consultations and negotiations with Federal agencies, State governments, local community officials, utility boards, to design feasibility reports for levee, flood risks and environmental restoration projects. -Review sponsor claims for credit ranging between 10 million and 100 million dollars for federal projects in multiple areas along the Texas coast. Credit reviews include land purchases, relocations of pipelines, utility lines and homeowners in accordance to Public Law 91-646.-Conduct appraisal reviews to ensure land purchases were made at current market rates. -Insure appraisals meet current requirements laid out in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition. -Participate in project delivery teams where the scope of work is developed for major civil works projects, including formulation of the budget, identification of environmental and real estate requirements. As well as workforce/workflow analysis-Manage the workflow within the Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), making sure all actions are completed on time.-Manage matters associated with the acquisition, management and disposal of Army real estate assets in accordance with Army regulations and federal law to include McKinney Act compliance. -Maintain real estate policies and the interpretation of all aspects of real estate activities promulgated by Public Law.-Work with landowners, both private and public, on matters associated with the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate assets to include Rights of Entry, Permits, Licenses and disposal actions.
