I work with people and their organisations as a consultant, provocateur, educator or advisor on projects and strategy related to innovation, strategic planning, problem solving & facilitation, program design and partnerships and community building.I've spoken and taught at TEDx (MacUni), Association of Heads of Independent Schools Australia Biennial Conference, Young Minds, National Volunteering Conference, World Mental Health Promotion & Prevention of Mental Illness Conference, RMIT, UTS, UNSW, Flinders University and a bunch of other events and places.I've had the privilege to work on some pioneering and innovative projects with the Qld Dept of Communities, Foundation for Young Australians, Volunteering Queensland, Virgin Unite Australia, RMIT and so on.

Appointed by the State Secretary at the time as the Advisor (Digital Economy) to the Government of Sarawak, after the announcement by the Chief Minister to position digital economy as the primary economic driver for the State. - co-authored the Sarawak Digital Economy Strategy 2018 - 2022- contributed to initial strategy design for Sarawak Digital Village and Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation- served as a member of the Board of Authority for the inaugural Board of Sarawak Multimedia Authority

The Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) was launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia YAB Dato' Sri Najib Abdul Razak and the President of the United States Barack Obama in April 2014 to spearhead the establishment of an entrepreneurship ecosystem in Malaysia/ASEAN.The Social Entrepreneurship Unit was given a grant of RM20m (USD5.5m) to make Malaysia the regional leader for a people economy. The Unit is a one-stop shop for social entrepreneurs from research to funding, and outreach to capability development trainings.

Movember Foundation is the world's largest men's health charity and the world's Top 100 NGO with the mission "to change the face of men's health". Founded in Australia, Movember is now in over 20 countries raising much-needed fund to invest in groundbreaking research and ideas to improve men's health. The Advisory Committee provides advice to the Board of Directors and craft strategies for Movember's programs and funding globally.

With 60+ Impact Hubs spread across 4 continents supporting over 11,000 members, it is one of the largest movement and network for impact-driven individuals globally. Hub Associates is a global distributed network of experts from within the Impact Hub network who have expertise in building successful Impact Hubs and can support others do the same.In this role, we conduct the due diligence on prospective Hubs and work with potential Hubs to develop and review its business plan and strategy. I've been involved in supporting the establishment of Impact Hub Kyoto, Impact Hub Philadelphia, Impact Hub Manila, Impact Hub Kuala Lumpur, Impact Hub Baltimore, Impact Hub Florianopolis, Impact Hub Minneapolis-St Paul, Impact Hub Phnom Penh and Impact Hub Taipei as a Hub Associate.

Spur Projects exists to make it easier for men to take action than to suicide. I started Spur Projects in 2011 and led the roll out of "Soften the Fck Up", a campaign to challenge the socialisation and construction of masculinity in order to increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma.

I joined Hub Melbourne in its early days and helped restructure the team, rebrand the company, triple the size of the space, bring the company to break even and eventually profitable through implementing various new systems, processes and programs. I then co-founded Hub Sydney and Hub Adelaide.Hub Australia is now one of the largest coworking communities in Asia Pacific driving innovation through collaboration.
