I work with people and their organisations as a consultant, provocateur, educator or advisor on projects and strategy related to innovation, strategic planning, problem solving & facilitation, program design and partnerships and community building.I've spoken and taught at TEDx (MacUni), Association of Heads of Independent Schools Australia Biennial Conference, Young Minds, National Volunteering Conference, World Mental Health Promotion & Prevention of Mental Illness Conference, RMIT, UTS, UNSW, Flinders University and a bunch of other events and places.I've had the privilege to work on some pioneering and innovative projects with the Qld Dept of Communities, Foundation for Young Australians, Volunteering Queensland, Virgin Unite Australia, RMIT and so on.

Appointed by the State Secretary at the time as the Advisor (Digital Economy) to the Government of Sarawak, after the announcement by the Chief Minister to position digital economy as the primary economic driver for the State. - co-authored the Sarawak Digital Economy Strategy 2018 - 2022- contributed to initial strategy design for Sarawak Digital Village and Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation- served as a member of the Board of Authority for the inaugural Board of Sarawak Multimedia Authority

The Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) was launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia YAB Dato' Sri Najib Abdul Razak and the President of the United States Barack Obama in April 2014 to spearhead the establishment of an entrepreneurship ecosystem in Malaysia/ASEAN.The Social Entrepreneurship Unit was given a grant of RM20m (USD5.5m) to make Malaysia the regional leader for a people economy. The Unit is a one-stop shop for social entrepreneurs from research to funding, and outreach to capability development trainings.
