A natural-born leader, I often find myself at the helm of most anything I do. Surrounded by a good team, anything is possible.In past roles I have worked extensively in Warehousing and Operations, Customer Service, and B2B Industrial Sales and Account Management. In my "previous life" I was given the opportunity to become a Commercial Project Sales Manager with a local electrical distributor.I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (a chronic illness) and was forced to change focuses due to my condition. I spent time during the pandemic working in a prototype lab as a lead technician learning metal fabrication and mechanical design. I then spent some time as an assistant to the elderly, with a specialization in helping those with Hoarding Disorder.I am now a groundskeeper at Arbor Memorial at the Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery, where I believe I have found my "forever home."When I am not working, I am volunteering within my community. Previously, I was the president of the Alberta Electrical Alliance (and enjoyed being a volunteer prior to). I now volunteer with people suffering from addiction, with two local community leagues, as well as with the Strathcona County Museum and Archives.I am a proud father of a 17 year old daughter and a 2.5 year old son, a loving husband, and a grateful son.
