We design networks and systems for optical DWDM transmission technology, combining L2 and L3 solutions with Huawei as the focal technology. We create solution descriptions and technical presentations for our customers. We provide technical support for our projects through laboratory tests, technical acceptance tests at the customer's premises and documentation and, if necessary, assist with troubleshooting.

- Design, planning, implementation and optimization of End-to-End Optical & MW transmission network (LLD, HLD, topology and etc.)- Cooperating and providing the transmission network for IP, RAN & Core.- Design, Installation, Commissioning, Integration and ATP Controlling & confirmation (OTN, DWDM, CWDM, MW, passive optical fiber, datacenter passive communication)- Design and implementation of parallel synchronization networks (GPS, PTP, 1588V2, IP-CLOCK)- Finalizing LOM, LOS and PO with different vendors (Huawei, Nokia-Siemens, Ericsson, ZTE, Fiber Home, OSCILLOQUARTZ)- Supporting other teams technically based on requirements and providing needed technical solutions.- Training and teaching other teams (maintenance, roll-out,)- Project technical management, monitoring and controlling resources including processes, equipment and plans.- Operation and maintenance supervision

- Operation and Maintenance of 4000 BS sites of MTN-Irancell Project including 40 BSC6000, 1200 BTS312, 1000 BTS3012, 1800 DBS 3900)- Close working with NPO (Network Planning & Optimization) team and proving solution for any KPI degradation in terms of down site, hardware and software configuration problems.- Support Field maintenance team and on-site troubleshooting- Weekly customer Report on Key performance indicators (Availability, CSSR, HOSR, CDR,..)- Fault Management based on SLA regulation- Implement several Software and Hardware Changes on live network.- Hold training course for FM and FO

- BTS, BSC, MGW supervisor- Make daily, weekly reports (KPI, TSSR, Network health check)- Implementation of synchronization project for MTN-Irancell 2G networks
