QA Engineer (Customer / In-Process)- Handling Customer Claim, liaise with customer regarding quality issue, investigate and identify root cause using QC tools (Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 5W2H, etc), implement corrective and / or preventive actions with various process owners to avoid repeating issues- Study and analyse the trend for weekly / monthly rejection and identify areas for continuous improvements- Prepare and reply 8D report to customer- Prepare & Update Process Control Plan for NPI / Production part to ensure precise specifications & quality standards - Handling RMA activities- Coordinate and involve in Sorting / Rework Activities at customer premises where necessary.- Liaise with Program Manager, NPI Engineer & other related sections regarding Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), First Article Inspection (FAI), Form Fit Function (FFF) for NPI Part to ensure part is sent to customer within specified timeline with precise specifications.- Familiar with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)- Familiar with Measuring Equipment (Caliper, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Smart Scope, etc)- Familiar with Visual Manufacturing (VM) to check WIP / FG Quantity / Process Flow / Part Details- Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability Study (Cpk)- Familiar in metal fabrication process (Hard tool, Soft tool - laser cut, wire cut, turret punch, bending, welding, plating, staking, etc.)Traits :- Aggressive in ensuring corrective action is taken- Reliable in providing information and status of progress- Fighter in terms of standing firm in Trend Quality Plan / Procedures / Customer Specifications & Standards- Independent for completing task- Architect-thinking and imaginative in solving problemsParticipation:- Risk Based Thinking for Automotive Supply Chain Training- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Training.

QA Engineer in a Customer Service Section- Handling Customer claim, liaise with customer regarding quality issue, make corrective actions, monitor corrective actions to ensure effectiveness of the corrective action taken- Liaise with other department / concerned section such as Factory Engineer, Production Engineer, R&D, OQC, IQC, IPQC etc to determine the most effective corrective measures - Horizontal Spread the corrective action to others models / products to avoid repeating issues- Support in market replacement for finished goods and / or Raw Material for Rework purposes- Liaise with other department / concerned section in analysis of returned defective product / material from customer and make corrective actions based on analysis result- Liaise with R&D department regarding service part / spare part to ensure Service Manual part number is always up to date- Involve in New Model / Product Trial Run to eliminate past market issues by implementing previous corrective action where necessary- Document Controller, prepare and update ISO9001 & ISO13485 document to ensure it is always up to date and comply with latest ISO revision- Familiar with SAP system to check quantity / location of parts / finished goods.- Familiar in electronic assembly product (hearing aid, fax machine, integrated telephone system (ITS), home network product, etc.)Participation :- Creating Positive Change Training- Customer Service Excellence Training- Highly Adaptive Thinking Skills (HATS) Training- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) Training- Fundamental of Applied Reliability Training
