CurrentAs a member of the legal team at Divar, I am committed to supporting other teams in negotiations and ensuring that sufficient and proper legal terms are applied in all contracts, including those related to intellectual property rights (IPR). I have a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and work closely with teams to prepare agreements that meet their needs, while also protecting Divar's IPR. I oversee the contract execution process, ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations and that any disputes related to IPR are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing legal reports for presentation to the CEO and board members, as well as drafting legal documents such as terms and conditions, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and other corporate governance documents. I am dedicated to providing high-quality legal support to help Divar achieve its business objectives while mitigating legal risks and protecting its valuable intellectual property.
