I have joined the Rupali Polyester Limited, Sheikhupura as "HR Officer" in Human Resource Department with effect from March 25, 2016. During this tenure, i learnt numerous assignments related to HR department and also improved my qualification standard till MBA (Human Resource Management) from Virtual University of Pakistan.Upon my long term satisfaction performance, and sound experience, Rupali Group higher management changed my designation from Officer (HR) to "Assistant Manager (HR)". To make own bright future in HRM, i have attained training of acting Deputy Manager & Manager HR and also accomplished job descriptions with proven core responsibilities as well.Now, my total experience in Rupali Polyester Limited, Sheikhupura becomes 8.5 Years with MBA (HRM) Qualification.
