Isfahan Refinery Upgrading Project

- Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.- Determination of project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.- Determination of project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.- Determination of project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.- Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.- Control of project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.- Control of project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.- Preparation of project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.- Maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.- Maintaining project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.- Maintaining product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.

- Monitor the overall execution of Static Equipment Group work scope in accordance with applicable Project Procedures and Standards.- Review Client Standards and Practices, ITB documents at the beginning of the Project.- Perform activities such as – Issue of Mechanical Datasheets, Material Requisitions, and Technical Bid Evaluations Vendor document review as per relevant Technical Practices.- Review and approve Mechanical Datasheets & Material Requisitions prepared by the Team members.- Monitor all Technical Queries/Technical Bid Evaluations prepared by the team members.- Ensure Vendor Drawings and Documentation is being reviewed by all team members as per relevant Project Specifications, Codes & Technical Practices.- Update Progress Report for the Static Equipment Group Discipline of all activities performed within the reporting timeline.- Prepare the Static Equipment Group Discipline Design Instruction for the Project.- Preparation of Deliverable list & man-hours weightage breakup for progress measurement.- Co-ordination with Inter-disciplines, Client & Vendors.- Raise Change flags for additional scope of work.- Attend Technical meetings, Kick-off meetings, Pre-Inspection meetings.- Attend HAZOP meetings.- Mentoring of fresh engineersProjects involved-1) Lead Static Equipment Engineer- MEG Reclamation Package (South Pars Gas Field Development- Phase 20&21, Iran)2) Lead Static Equipment Engineer- MEG Reclamation Package (South Pars Gas Field Development- Phase 14, Iran)3) Lead Static Equipment Engineer- MEG Reclamation Package (South Pars Gas Field Development- Phase 4&5, Iran)4) Lead Static Equipment Engineer- TEG Dehydration Package (Farashband Petrochemical Refinery, Iran)

- Design & Detailed Engineering of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, based on various Design Codes, Standards & Shell DEP's.- Preparing Material Requisitions & Mechanical datasheet.- Technical Bid Evaluation.- Vendor Document Review.- Co-ordination with Client, Vendors & Inter-disciplinary persons.- ITB study & Technical Evaluation at proposal stage.

- Mechanical design & Detailed Engineering of Air-Cooled Heat exchanger, Shell & tube Heat exchanger and Pressure Vessel based on various Standards.- Checking of Engineering Drawings (General Arrangement & Fabrication drawings).- Preparing Schedules for drawings & assigning the same to draftsmen.- Preparing the Bill of material & Dispatch Packing List.- Steel Structure design for Air-Cooled Heat exchanger and Storage Tank and generating shop drawings with related software (SAP2000).- Project Coordinator for some Air-Cooled Heat exchangers production in contact with purchasers.- Company Representative for Site Installation of Equipments in South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 17&18.
