Monitor Switch Performance:•Monitor connectivity of switch/MSAG/MSAN with rest of exchanges/Soft Switch in region and follow-up on any errors appearing in diagnostic test run daily.•Ensure rectification of faults related to switch/MSAG.Maintain Exchange Database:•Carry out modification of all working numbers as when required.•Monitor status of New Connections opened and numbers closed.•Prepare billing file to all subscribers to ensure timely billing.•Conduct zoning & routing of other OLOs and CMOs.Conduct Traffic Analysis:•Analyze inbound and outbound network traffic to keep track of any variances and ensure network performance as per define metrics.•Monitor trunks to ensure links (trunks) between different network elements are working properly.Monitor Alarms:•Keep tracks of various system alarms within the exchange to resolve any issue as and when it arises.Coordinate with O&M and other Main Switching Units (MSUs):•Coordination with other O&M and interconnect partners (OLOs & CMOs).Control Activities:•Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient control.•Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.Under Take Performance Management:•Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.•Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.
