Current1.Working as production foreman in alqaseem gypsum company.who is responsible for shift operation of the gypsum board line with less rejection.-Setting recipe as per product quality with co-ordination with quality team .-Handling dryer operation and set as per situation.2.Supervisor for decoration plant -Set mixture recipe as per design.-Manpower job allocation as per their strength.-Focus on achieving a given target by the production manager.3.Supervisor for ceiling tiles plant-Run ceiling tiles with less rejection -Root cause analysis for rejection -Co-ordinate with the electrical and mechanical team to run the plant smoothly
