A B.sc Mechanical Engineer (Gold Medalist) with 08 years of experience in HVAC&R, specializing in HVAC System Commissioning, Design Review, Startup Operations & System Maintenance. During my 08 years, I have successfully commissioned & delivered various HVAC System/Plants facilities ( Total: 6310 TR till date) that includes variety of chillers like Steam/Direct fired Absorption Chiller, Water and Air Cooled Single / Twin screw chiller, Centrifugal, Scroll, Reciprocating & DX chillers with capacity ranging from 10 TR to 900 TR.I have developed Technical Manuals of operation & facility maintenance for newly commissioned system carrying all operational data and maintenance checklist and guidelines for operators & maintenance technicians respectively.Furthermore, I have successfully developed and implemented Key Performance Indicators in all HVAC facilities to monitor the system performance.   Job Description• Planning, developing executing the S.O.Ps for HVAC Systems according to the relevant standards to maximize the system output & efficiency.• Design review, installation, testing, balancing, adjusting, commissioning & startup operation of various HVAC systems/equipment for facilities.• Manage project execution and system testing with preparation of related documents, as-built drawings and O&M manuals.• Plan, program and execute shutdown maintenance of central HVAC Plant and running repairs of and mechanical systems of all equipment and materials such as air-conditioning, water supply & plumbing with the assistance of technical team in line with safety and comfort of the occupants and record all necessary information.• Manage and operate procurement system (Foreign and Local) of mechanical system, equipment, spare parts, material etc. in line with project scheduling requirement.• Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) in workplace under my command.• Implementation of 5S in facilities under my command.• Prepare & submit daily operation cost (electrical, natural gas & diesel) of plant equipment to engineering head.• Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives after discussion with engineering head.• Plan, manage and execute training program to sub ordinates and technical staff.• Conduct regular inspections and service of mechanical systems and its equipment and make necessary adjustments on operating equipment and its controls in an acceptable manner.
