• Managing subcontractors, planning site activities, and also material procurement• Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities like piling and concrete pouring to make sure all comply with safety, quality standards and project specifications • Quality control on civil works such as pile cages and concrete quality checks based on AS2159 • Assessing pile design parameters and design files to make sure all is in line with safety and optimized • Soil classification and obtaining ground strength parameters based on AS1726 • Soil stability and risk assessment during the pile implementation process

Key Responsibilities• Managing site activities to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and clients' desires• Overseeing site investigation operations and ensuring the compliance of design and implementation• Designing and implementing earth retention systems for deep excavations, narrow and deep foundations, and ground improvement measures • Controlling the quality assurance of geotechnical and structural implementations like FRPs• Collaborating with other teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate construction activities and resolve any issues• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process• Participating in the company's decision-making meetings, presenting proposals to solve problems, and providing technical suggestions to structural teams
